Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations Print E-mail
Written by Administrator

The Council on Ministries has adopted Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations as our primary focus for 2012. They are:

  • Radical Hospitality
  • Passionate Worship
  • Intentional Faith Development
  • Risk-Taking Mission and Service
  • Extravagant Generosity

I am the vine, you are the branches. Those who abide in me and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do nothing. Whoever does not abide in me is thrown away like a branch and withers; such branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned. John 15:4-8

Be in prayer (abide in the vine) as this process unfolds that this is "God's time" for us to become fruitful disciples.

Buy "stock" in the youth Print E-mail
Written by Administrator

If you want to encourage and support the youth of the church, you have a unique opportunity. "Youth Stock," which supports all the youth activities, is now being sold. Members of the youth group are making calls asking people if they would like to purchase stock.  At the end of the year a "Stockholder Appreciation Supper" will be held to give an update on all that the youth have done during the year. Stock can be purchased through any youth member.
