Church Staff

Rev. Seefeld has served Greenwood First UMC since June, 2001.  He and his wife Winna have two children and two granddaughters.  Click here for the Pastor's Page.

Amy has served as Secretary for 16 years and handles every facet of a very demanding job with warmth, efficiency and dedication.  She is married to Fred Hooper and has two children, a daughter and a son, and one granddaughter.  She sings in the choir and enjoys antiquing.

With her many duties Flolane is at the church for almost all activities.  She is a talented organist and musician and conscientious bookkeeper.  She was born in Arkansas and has lived in Greenwood for sixty years.  Flolane has four children, three boys and a girl.

Carolyn plays the grand piano in the Sanctuary for the worship services.  She and her husband, Billy, have one son and one granddaughter.  She loves knitting, crafts, and piano.  She started playing for First Church as a volunteer in January, 1992, and was put on staff in June, 1999. 

Beverly has been a member of First Church since 1996 and is a multi-talented musician who directs the Sanctuary Choir  and the Handbell Choir.  She has two children and five grandchildren.   She has always been active in several musical and theater groups in the community and also enjoys flowers.

Rev. Roberts has been on staff since 1992, and was made Pastor Emeritus in 2007. He and his wife, Miriam, have four children and nine grandchildren.  He enjoys reading in his spare time.

First Church is blessed to have Norman as a member of the staff.  He is committed to keeping the building and grounds in beautiful condition.  Norman has six children and four grandchildren and has been at the church since September, 1975.  His hobby is collecting movie videos.
